Job Opportunity: Plant Manager / Shift Supervisor - Mining Sector

Seeking a skilled Plant Manager / Shift Supervisor to lead our mining sector operations in Segovia, Antioquia.

Job Details

• Location: Segovia, Antioquia
• Schedule: 5x2 shift
• Employment Type: Temporary agency placement

Required Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mineral beneficiation plants
• Previous roles as shift supervisor or plant assistant
• Knowledge in crushing, grinding, cyanidation, precipitation, smelting, drying, and handling concentrates for export
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure
• Leadership and operational problem-solving skills

Main Responsibilities

• Providing periodic production reports
• Training personnel under supervision
