    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

    • Good Portuguese language skills (written& spoken);
    • Student at least 8 semester or University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economic or related subject;
    • Previous experience in BPO/SSC/Centralized delivery model;
    • Knowledge in Office 365, Visma, Super Nómina ERP;
    • "Getting things done" and service orientated attitude combined with the ability to communicate and explain procedures and solution proposals to partners;
    • Proactive and engaged attitude with attention to details;
    • Continuous improvement mindset and process orientation and a solution orientated work approach;

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Upload payroll news to the ERP;
    • Payroll settlement according to the regulations and specifications given;
    • Assist with monthly closing activities;
    • Perform processes of social charges, taxes associated with payroll. Prepare payroll closing reports;
    • Comply with local standards, policies and procedures;
    • Coordinate with Local Office, internal stakeholders, via workflow tool/email to resolve the issues;
    • Responding to users inquiries in a timely manner; Support, follow-up and escalation of identified issues;
    • Contribute to team metrics by achieving stated productivity and accuracy goals daily;
    • Drive many continuous process improvements and share best practices across team;
    • Support the team in achieving performance objectives.
