The Global Region Data & Analytics department is responsible for delivering all data products within the EMEA & APAC & AMER regions.

We are looking for a seasoned Principal IT Business Analyst to join our growing Data & Analytics team.

You will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy, driving data-driven decision making across the organization, and leading the development of impactful healthcare analytics solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs, translate them into technical requirements, and design and implement efficient and scalable data architectures, pipelines, and analytics solutions.


A Day in the Life

  • Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
  • You will be the first point of contact for information needs and analytics capabilities towards the business stakeholders. You will need to consult with senior business leaders to translate business goals into data & analytics use cases and communicate insights back to business stakeholders.
  • Participate as a business analyst in challenging projects related to data and analytics, this includes setting up communication plans, identifying information
- and visualization needs through workshops and prototyping sessions, explore new sources of data, document requirements for the technical teams and facilitate user acceptance tests and deployment tasks.

  • Engage with IT technical teams and IT crossfunctional teams to identify the best solution direction.
  • Collaborate with our IT security and privacy department on data privacy and data compliancy related requirements.
  • Proactively identify and drive new use cases and datadriven product innovations.
  • Support the team with analytical and technical skills as well as with strong communication skills and a positive cando mindset.
  • Mentor and guide junior data analysts and business analysts.
Design Data Analytics, Business Intelligence and AI/ML data solutions.


Must Have:
Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Systems Engineering or related field.
  • 5 years of experience data analytics, data management.
  • Fluent Advance English level.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Analytical mind and proven business domain knowledge.
  • You love to work with data And transform raw data to actionable insights for the business.
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking.
  • Agile mindset and familiar with Agile way of working.
  • Extensive experience in gathering, documenting, and challenging business requirements.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in clear words to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation and (data) visualization skills.
  • Outstanding team player with strong communications skills.
  • Customer focused, able to operate on different levels in a complex organization.
  • Proactive, innovative, and strong sense of ownership.
  • Passionate about data and analytics market trends.
  • Accurate, result driven, flexible, pragmatic approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex priorities.
  • Strong decisionmaking abilities and problem resolution skills.
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Healthcare or Medical Devices industries is a big plus.
- (Strong) knowledge of the fundamentals of Business Intelligence and/or data warehousing (is a plus).

  • Experience in Power BI or Tableu is a big plus.
