- Garantizar planificación eficiente a corto y mediano plazo para maximizar la productividad y eficacia operativa.
- Desarrollar estrategias para la asignación óptima de recursos y la gestión de capacidades.
- Analizar datos y métricas clave para identificar tendencias, patrones y oportunidades de mejora en la gestión de la fuerza laboral.
- Colaborar estrechamente con otros departamentos para anticipar y abordar las necesidades de personal y optimizar la utilización de recursos.
- Mantener y mejorar los procesos y herramientas de planificación de la fuerza laboral, utilizando tecnologías avanzadas como Power BI, SQL y Python para generar insights accionables.
- Liderar el proceso de usuarios para su creación, seguimiento a incidencia y bajas.
- Experiencia demostrada en el campo de la planificación de Workforce.
- Habilidad excepcional para el análisis de datos y la interpretación de resultados para tomar decisiones informadas.
- Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel, con la capacidad de crear y manipular hojas de cálculo complejas.
- Experiencia práctica en el uso de herramientas de visualización de datos como Power BI para generar informes y paneles intuitivos.
- Conocimientos sólidos de SQL y Python para la extracción, manipulación y análisis de datos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y de establecer relaciones interpersonales con empleados de otras áreas
- Proactividad, capacidad de adaptación y habilidad para trabajar eficazmente en un entorno dinámico y orientado a resultados.
