Johnson & Johnson is currently looking for a
Global Services Total Rewards Specialist located in Bogota, Colombia or Tampa, US.


The Compensation Specialist will:


  • Provide Latin America & North America compensation operational support to Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and line leaders including, but not limited to, job evaluation/leveling, offers, yearround compensation, retention programs, and recognition.
  • Provide support to the annual survey management and year end process.
  • Handle the daytoday assigned tasks, initiatives and projects that arise, calling out cases as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Services as needed to ensure timely delivery of all Latin America compensation matters.
  • Ensure all Service Level Agreements are adhered to.
  • Assist with case tracking metrics, other reporting requirements and other operational processes as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor degree is required or Bachelor's degree in progress.
  • 45 years' of relevant experience working in a Compensation and benefits or topics related to total rewards desirable.
  • Advanced fluent level of English is required. Portuguese language is desirable.
  • Manage HR Information, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and compliance with relevant policies and governance.
  • Excellent research and quantitative business skills are required.
  • Proven experience working in a complex, matrixed environment is preferred as majority of clients will not be located onsite.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software products, Workday, SalesForce, Payfactors, database and HRIS systems and reporting tools is preferred.
