Descripción del puesto:
Como Senior Accountant, serás parte fundamental de nuestro equipo financiero. Tu misión será brindar servicios profesionales organizados y detallados para el soporte contable de ciclo completo dentro de la división de Finanzas de nuestra empresa en constante expansión.
Responsabilidades clave:
-Publicaciones en el Mayor General (G/L): Serás el maestro de las cifras, asegurando que todas las transacciones se registren correctamente en el sistema contable.
-Conciliaciones bancarias: Mantendrás los números en línea, asegurando que los saldos bancarios coincidan con nuestros registros.
-Reconciliaciones de hojas de balance: Serás el detective financiero, revisando transacciones y asegurándote de que todo cuadre.
-Transacciones de cuentas por cobrar corporativas: Desde la facturación hasta la aplicación de pagos, serás el responsable de mantener nuestras cuentas al día.
-Informes diarios, semanales y mensuales: Generarás informes precisos y oportunos sobre el Mayor General, Cuentas por Cobrar y Efectivo.
-Cierre mensual y preparación de estados financieros: Colaborarás en el proceso de cierre y garantizarás que nuestros estados financieros sean impecables.
-Análisis presupuestario y de variaciones: Ayudarás a desentrañar los números y proporcionarás información valiosa para la toma de decisiones.
-Integridad del sistema contable: Velarás por la precisión de nuestro sistema, especialmente la estructura de cuentas y subcuentas.
-Comunicación profesional: Te relacionarás con bancos y otras agencias para resolver problemas y responder consultas.
-Auditorías: Colaborarás en la preparación y respuesta a auditorías.
-Documentación de políticas y procedimientos: Mantendrás actualizados nuestros manuales y guías.
-Cumplimiento contractual: Garantizarás que cumplamos con nuestros compromisos contractuales mediante informes precisos y resolución de problemas.
-Otras tareas relacionadas: Siempre estarás dispuesto a asumir nuevos desafíos según las indicaciones de tu supervisor.

Requisitos:
-Experiencia previa en contabilidad y finanzas.
-Conocimiento sólido de los principios contables y las regulaciones financieras.
-Habilidades analíticas y atención al detalle.
-Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
-Dominio del idioma inglés, tanto escrito como hablado.
-Experiencia intermedia en Microsoft Excel, preferiblemente con conocimientos en tablas dinámicas.
-Capacidad para mantener la confidencialidad.
-Habilidad para trabajar eficazmente con otros departamentos internos y externos.
-Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
-Habilidades de resolución de problemas y gestión de recursos.
-Excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo; atención rigurosa a los detalles.
-Conocimientos informáticos sólidos: Excel, Word y correo electrónico (la experiencia con Sage Intacct y Prism HRP es una ventaja).
-Título en contabilidad o campo relacionado (o experiencia equivalente).
-3-5 años de experiencia en contabilidad, tanto a nivel transaccional como de análisis.
-Experiencia en finanzas multiempresa/divisionales y costos de proyectos altamente deseable.
