Paid Search

Manage Google Search, Display, Remarketing, and other search marketing campaigns across the LACR region.

Define gotomarket PPC strategy and KPIs for all lines of business in partnership with marketing managers. Lead development of 1st and 3rd party audience strategies.


Conduct keyword research, monitor and perform routine optimization for paid search campaigns, impression share, quality score, bid strategy management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, and testing ad format and landing pages.

Monitor and analyze competitor activity, marketplace trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Develop and test copy that drives performance. Conduct AB testings with ad copies, landing pages, images, and more.

Follow, analyze, and optimize against digital trends and the latest technological advancements in media landscape


Collaborate closely with campaign managers, other regional paid media managers and marketing operations team to align campaign and search strategies to wider organizational objectives.

Paid Social


Build, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to FacebookInstagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.


Collaborate with campaign managers on program objectives and lead the development of media strategies and plans including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, flighting, budgeting, KPI definition, CRO recommendations and reporting.

Utilize advanced targeting strategies to execute complex campaigns, including custom audiences, thirdparty data, suppression lists, lookalike audiences, and more.


Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in marketing campaigns.

Provide creative solutions to optimize KPI metrics, including CPM, CPC, CTR and ROAS. Develop and test copy that drives performance conduct AB testing with ad formats, copy variations, imagesmultimedia, etc.

Optimize campaign buys to ensure budgets are spent as effectively as possible each month.

Develop indepth campaign reports that outline insights on media delivery, engagement, creative, website traffic, attribution, and key learnings.


Compile data across several social media platforms and work in collaboration with the Analytics team to create weeklymonthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy development.


Monitor the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how team can best leverage new tools and services.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field.

543; years of paid media search and social experience with proven results in running performancedriven campaigns.


Proficiency with Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube that includes a solid understanding of each platforms core features, as well as a technical understanding of each networks advertising capabilities.


Proven experience managing Ads Manager accounts for top social platforms including Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter including ad placement, budget management, pixel creation, and advanced reporting.

Advanced analytics and data analysis capabilities i.e. Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics and a strong understanding of tracking and conversion optimization.


Experience working in a fastpaced environment along with a proven track record of driving results via conversiondriven social media campaigns.

Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
