This position will assure all customer requirements be attended on time, following our operations practices, HSE, ESP.

What You Will Do:

  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities in the EPS market.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones, focus on the ESP market
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing technical quotes, and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth in the ESP Market
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
  • Researching prospective accounts in target markets
  • Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle

QUALIFICATIONS


Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a similar area- About twelve years of proven sales experience in business or a related area- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present, influence, and collaborate at the leadership level.- Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines.- Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities- Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments.

- Defining, implementing (and innovating) sales plans- Monitoring progress in real-time and analyzing data- English B2
