Sales Manager role is to be in the forefront of our drive for sustainable profitability and growth.

Sales Manager success as a leader in Honeywell will be determined by your ability to manage your strategy and to implement that strategy.


  • Responsible for the performance and development of all the sales activities in the Andean and Caribbean Region
  • Staff and direct a sales team, providing leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with Honeywell ́s vision and strategic objectives.
  • Establish and own the plan and strategies aimed at serving and expanding the One Honeywell business development in Industrial Market like O&G, Refining, Mining, Pulp and Paper, Chemicals, Pharma, Food and Beverage, Renewable Energy, and others.
  • Recruit, train, appraise, motivate and set standards of job performance for the individuals within the sales team.
  • Serve as a local executive sponsor of Honeywell by maintaining C levels contacts in key customers and support of account managers and account strategies.
  • Team Work with other Sales manager in Honeywell as well as Lines of business and adjacent support functions:
  • Line of Business (LOB) support, Strategic Marketing, HR, Customer Care, Technical Consultants, and the Proposal and Estimating team, all of which have touch points throughout the sales process

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree / equivalent, with significant experience in the field, or Master's degree / equivalent, with some experience.
  • Seven to Ten years+ of industry sales experience

  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
