Requirements:

Must to have experience:

An engineer with experience in Warehouses and Logistics processes to support the implementation of new WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) on site.
Desirable functional and technical knowledge of BY WMS.
Very good written and spoken English.
Assist with training to the Operations team.
Familiar with functionality of WMS systems.
IT Background to be able to provide support to the Operations team.
Availability to travel to the USA.

Nice to have experience:

WMS Technical knowledge (SQL).

Responsibilities

Learn the WMS solution.
Provide training to the operations team.
Support the operator's solutions across all shifts in warehouses tasks (receiving, picking, shipping, dispatch).
Document issues and create Shift Reports.
Create step by step documents.

Required Languages
English Advanced 80-95%
