Job Summary:

We are looking for the Finance Director Andina who will be responsible for the Finance and Control area within Andina region, providing high quality and timely support to enable business decisions across different markets.

This is a unique opportunity to deal with regulations and business in five different countries.
This position is based in Bogota, Colombia
You may be traveling up to 20% of your time.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do:

As Finance Director Andina you will:

Be a member of market leadership team, proactive business partner challenging and supporting in decisions making, accountable for business results
Participate in forecasts and business planning
Support Customer financing and contractual arrangements
Play key role on the credit committee and drive collections efforts
Manage relationships with local authorities / regulatory bodies / insurance / banks
Support the implementation of global Finance and Supplier Management processes
Execute productivity improvement projects
Coordinate with Cluster Finance Hub to ensure management and external reporting is reliable and timely
Ensure effectiveness of controls in line with Policies, Procedures and Guidelines
Secure local legal, tax, treasury and regulatory compliance and planning in conjunction with Tetra Laval, Tetra Pak Group and Cluster
Perform local regulatory/secretarial requirements as applicable

We believe you have:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Accounting or similar.
Master ́s degree is highly valuable.
Advanced communication skills in English and Spanish
710 year's finance experience including: accounting, controlling, planning, collections, cost, taxes.
Knowledge managing: SAP (Hyperion), Excel, Power BI.
Experience in managing the relationship with local authorities/banks/regulatory bodies/customers.
Strong communication skills, disciplined, high business acumen, collaborative, develop self and others, attention to detail.
Experience on dealing with multicultural environment.
Practical knowledge of relevant reporting and analytical tools
