We are looking for an Internal Communications Consultant to support TransUnion's growing Internal Communications team and help inform, engage and inspire TU's global associate base.

What You'll Bring:

This role is designed for a well-rounded communications technology professional.

You will support the current maintenance of our digital channels and help develop and drive the strategy to enhance the digital associate experience by evolving our intranet.

This position will also directly support our Internal Communications team to assist in the execution of campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Specifically, you will:

Partner with internal stakeholders to support execution and ensure optimization of our current digital channels
Conduct an organizational needs assessment to help design the evolution and migration strategy for our current intranet
Build and support customized SharePoint sites designed to meet organizational needs and technical requirements
Enforce policy, process, and governance for intranet operations and other enterprise digital channels
Consult with technology partners to understand the potential impacts of internal communication strategies with their technology associate digital experience roadmap
Monitor and resolve tickets for intranet change requests and collaborate with technology partners to troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint errors

What You'll Bring:

Fluency in spoken and written English
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Sharepoint, website layouts and basic html
Experience with communications analytics, dashboards and reporting
Ability to identify a project's goals, objectives, and scope and create a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required
Ability to provide guidance and think creatively to devise customizations and uses for SharePoint
Demonstrated experience collaborating with a dynamic team to drive communicationsbased outcomes
Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple streams of work
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
Bachelor's degree

Previous experience in SharePoint 2013 to 2019 migration
Experience in developing, maintaining and deploying custom intranet solutions
Experience in collaborating with a diverse internal stakeholder base within a global enterprise

This position will be remote and based in Costa Rica.
