Duties and ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Configuration & Administration
Configure the tool's fields, workflows, dashboards, and automations according to customer requirements.
Gather customer requirements and make architecture recommendations to satisfy the requirements.
Lead data validation sessions.
Maintain user licenses & permission groups.
Trouble shooting and correcting problems identified by users.
Creating work instructions with screen shots for training.
Technology Focused Improvement Projects
Serve as an admin & moderator on the team's promotional WordPress website and blog.
Identify and document fields to support the creation of APIs.
Maintain the technical aspects of the team's ecommerce platform.
Interface across departments to gather, analyze and migrate data to support improvement projects.
Define data visualizations for dashboards.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
The ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. Consultants need to explain complex concepts in an understandable way and effectively manage client expectations.
Required education, certifications and experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Qualifications and Skills
Detail oriented with experience in a variety of databases/tools, able to validate data integrity through manual or automated methods.4 year degree in technology or relevant experienceAnalytical thinker, able to translate questions posed by sales and marketing employees into modifications to workflows, data architecture, and analytics dashboards.
Previous experience configuring/rolling out Salesforce.
