Job Summary:

We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish & Portuguese) representative to deliver world-class customer support and build customer satisfaction

Primary Job Responsibilities:

The primary function of this position is to provide service to Portuguese speaking customers, with bilingual fluency in reading, writing and speaking either Spanish or Portuguese.

The position is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to and sales and servicing of passenger. Primary duties include receiving incoming customer calls and booking flights, changing reservations and answering a broad range of travel related questions
