    Role Overview

    The institution is seeking skilled individuals to manage and negotiate payment plans for student portfolios in a call center environment, utilizing advanced English skills.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Provide personalized attention to students via various communication channels.
    2. Proactively follow up on monthly payment volumes assigned to the individual.
    3. Develop tailored payment plans based on students' needs, ensuring timely completion of financial records.
    4. Establish effective negotiation strategies to ensure successful collections.
    5. Manage daily issues and incidents, providing prompt resolutions.
    6. Support internal and external departments related to collection of assigned portfolios.

    Qualifications:

    Applicants should possess at least 2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably with a focus on collections, and demonstrate strong proficiency in English language skills.

    Relevant skills include numerical analysis, customer service, active listening, and familiarity with technological platforms and MS Office (Excel).
