    Job Description

    This is a remote position.

    Full-time 40 hours a week

    Mon-Fri 9am-6pm Pacific (includes 1 hr unpaid break)

    Job Description

    Join a rapidly expanding organization and play a pivotal role in fueling their revenue growth. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the driving force behind their sales pipeline, identifying and engaging with potential customers across their real estate and health and wellness divisions. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales prowess, develop valuable skills, and contribute to the success of a company at the forefront of innovation.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct outbound cold calls and email campaigns to generate qualified leads
    • Identify potential customers and gather key information to qualify opportunities
    • Schedule appointments and product demos for the sales team
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
    • Collaborate with the sales team to refine and optimize lead generation strategies
    • Engage with leads who may have a Hispanic accent or background, as the client operates in Arizona

    Requirements

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
    • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
    • Experience or interest in the real estate and health/wellness industries
