Interact with suppliers to get quotations accordingly to the requested by the internal user. Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best terms to Vertiv. Receive purchase requisitions via ERP to generate purchase orders to our suppliers.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure the goods will be received on the requested date. Develop new suppliers to improve the purchase performance of Vertiv.**
Responsibilities:
  • Quotation with suppliers;
  • Negotiation with suppliers to ensure best conditions to Vertiv;
  • Purchase Order issuance;
  • Follow up to ensure that the goods will be at Vertiv on time;
  • Supplier development;

Education & Certifications:

Degree on Engineering or Business Administration (required)

English (advanced - minimum or fluent)

Portuguese (preferred)


Requirements:

Previous experience in procurement department in companies like Vertiv:

  • **Knowledge in Strategic Sourcing processes
