About The Role:


  • As a Corporate IT Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing functional and costefficient IT systems. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing user requirements, overseeing system upgrades and researching new tools. In this role, you will be highly analytical and able to understand business needs.

What you will do:


  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
  • Develop and analyze functional specifications.
  • Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs.
  • Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions.
  • Integrate multiple systems and reconciling the needs of different teams.
  • Gather feedback from end users about system performance.
  • Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations)
  • Provide advice and technical training.
  • Keep abreast of technology trends and developments.

What you need to succeed:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field
- +2 years of experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant, or similar role

  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks like ITIL for efficient service delivery.
  • Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting
  • Basic system administration tasks, including user account management, system monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Intermediate written and verbal communication abilities in English [B1-B2]
