Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Key Responsibilities:
Business analysis
Investigates operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements in automated and nonautomated components of new or changed processes and organization.
Assists in defining acceptance tests for these recommendations.
Requirements definition and management
Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition and prioritization activities for small

- scale changes and assists with more complex change initiatives.

Provides constructive challenge to stakeholders as required.
Tax/Tech requirements:
Be able to map the requirements of the requester to the capabilities of the ERP system.
Write the business requirement specification document.
Deliver system enhancements work with the business and ABAP Developers to propose, validate, and create solutions to client needs.
Support crossfunctional SAP processes and integration with FICO/SD in full lifecycle Implementation.
SAP TAXES LAM localization customizing experience (fiscal books, eInvoice, etc).
Previous experience working on topics as indirect tax, direct tax, padrones, withholding tax, tax determination, will be an advantage for this position.
Previous experience working with eInvoicing LAM solutions integration with ERP.
Conduct basic functional testing.
Support of the User Acceptance Test (UAT).
Writing functional specification for RICEFW change requests and work with development and integration teams in building and testing the solution.
Global & Agile mindset as the role requires the ability to work in global virtual (product) team setup.
Familiar with Agile Principles & Scrum Methods, first delivery experience is beneficial.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient spoken and written command of English
At least 5year experience in IT
2 years of experience as SAP Tax consultant
Cross functional & Virtual collaboration
Project Management skills
Understanding of different culture
Participated in projects with people from other functions/markets
