The Clinical Specialist acts as a clinical subject matter expert with our customers during pre-sales and post-sales activities of the focus products.

This position assists in the clinical implementation of our products, including educational assistance for clinical interpretation, algorithm reading and implementation of other related clinical issues ensuring the correct and consistent use of our products under the direction of the Business Unit Manager.

Key AccountabilitiesProvide clinical advice and support on specific products by responding to clinical inquiries from physicians or healthcare professionals regarding the portfolio.

Assist in the development of marketing support programs by providing relevant information, educational materials, presentations and seminars.

Manage the organization of training venues, logistics, dates, content and speaker availability for training courses or clinical meetings, simulators, workshops, association congresses and any promotional activities.

Focus on new business, sales productivity and market share growth.
Establish relationships with clinical decision makers and identify KOLs.
Track, record and document relevant information from all clinical and support inquiries.
Maintain regular communication with KAMs, BUMs, product and application specialists and engineers regarding new account development.
Work closely with other internal or external departments and vendors to scale promotional activities; negotiate and implement long-term solutions.
Support sales force or distributors in relation to key customer activities, trade shows or exhibitions.
Work in conjunction with the Clinical & Market Access team.
Performs other related duties as required by business areas.

Bachelor of Science, Medical Technology, Nursing or Administrative area, with extensive experience in the hospital sector and relevant training in Clinical, Sales and Marketing.

Experience in areas such as acute care, hemostasis and/or autoimmunity, and training in cardiovascular approach is desirable.
