We are a small company, but are positioned to be one of the largest tennis and pickleball service providers in Texas and the United States.

Territory Business Manager

Job Description:


As a Territory Business Manager at Franco Racquet Sports, you will play an integral role in our growth and expansion within your designated territory.

This role requires a blend of skills in sales, operations, and customer service.

You will own end-to-end responsibilities of managing and growing the territory, providing a seamless customer experience, ensuring operational excellence, and liaising with our coaches and city partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our presence and student enrollment in your designated territory, working closely with our coaches and city partners.
  • Oversee all aspects of customer relations in the territory, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service.
  • Be responsible for the entire sales process within your territory from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure the smooth functioning of the facilities within your territory.
  • Regularly review and analyze the performance of the territory, making necessary adjustments to strategies as required.
  • Drive marketing initiatives within your territory to enhance visibility and grow our customer base.

Work Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday 8AM to 5:30PM

Professional Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1+ Years of proven full time experience in sales and customer service, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an excellent proficiency in English.
  • Experience with managing client relationships, and delivering an excellent customer service experience.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach and outstanding professionalism.


Pay Range:
This contract will be a freelance contract.

COP $ to $ Monthly + Bonus of $ to $ based on performance per quarter, and $ end of year bonus if company results are met.

Bonus is depending on results. (The amounts above is what you will receive net in your bank account, we don't pay social security or pension)


To be ready for this position you should have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, at B2 or above plus at least two to three years professional experience

AND

  • Have your own laptop and strong internet connection

Duties and responsibilities

  • Offer assistance and responding to queries about services
  • Provide recommendations according to customer needs and preferences
  • Documents sales by updating customer records
  • Stays up to date with sales trends for better service and achievement of sales
  • Gather insights and communicates with management of potential service opportunities, client problems or general important alerts
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Speak with instructors regularly to understand inventory availability and enforce updated schedules
  • Gather insights and understanding of leads geographical area and makes supply suggestions based on demand trends
  • Understand lack of inventory and communicates forecasted lack of inventory

Other Information

Location:

Bogota, Colombia - Home office - Work is remote with possible 4-15 days office face to face meetings every quarter.

For this meeting you will need to take your laptop.


Training:
Training will be face to face over a period of two to four weeks. You will need to have a laptop for your training.

Type of contract:
Freelance (But for an indefinite amount of time)


Benefits:


  • 2 Weeks Paid Vacation per Year

Pay:
$3,800,000 - $4,800,000 per month
