Join us as a Sr.

Associate in our Financial Institution Group Sales division to support our New Economy expansion into Andean, Central America & Caribbean (ACAC).

As part of this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of Andean, Central America & Caribbean clients, in line with the business plan through selling treasury products to our target clients.

Your ability to liaise and partner across JP Morgan will be critical to optimize product and service delivery whilst developing, maintaining and enhancing the relationships with the clients.


Job responsibilities:

  • Grow and expand the client base strategically.
  • Achieve new business goals and targets through identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Provide financial and market analysis to support proposals for new business.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential new business wins.
  • Maximize profitability with clients through appropriate pricing and crossselling.
  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve new business sales objectives and maintain revenue streams.
  • Act as the voice of the client and partner with other teams to optimize product integration and delivery, as well as manage risk, legal and compliance issues.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Exceptional sales management skills with a proven track record.
  • Strong leadership skills and ample capacity to manage a complex sales organization.
  • Education to degree level (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
  • Excellent knowledge of Financial Institutions, Fintechs headquartered in the Andean, Central America & Caribbean market.
  • Very strong product/solution set knowledge relevant to the market.
  • Demonstrated personal contribution to driving client/solution sales and development with client references.
  • Excellent personal knowledge of clients and target clients and personal access to senior decision makers.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Masters or advanced degree in a related discipline.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in the Andean, Central America & Caribbean market.
  • Understanding of the regulatory and compliance environment in the region.
