Front office customer support

Who We Are


BioTech Pest Management is a pest control boutique that specializes in treating rodents and pests local to the Washington DC region.

We are not your everyday pest control company. In just a few years, we have become the go-to company for your pest control needs.


Due to how well we have performed in the past few years, we are looking to bring on the right person to help us grow.

Our goal is to eventually have a second headquarters in Colombia for all our front office, marketing, data analysis, documentation, and virtual assistant personnel.

What You Would Be Doing


First, you will go through a training program to acquire the knowledge you will need to be successful, obtain hands-on experience, and get acclimated to the day-to-day regimen of the job.


Then, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Answer questions and resolve issues from customers.
  • Schedule jobs for our technicians.
  • Charge credit cards, create invoices, create proposals.
  • Process and organize paperwork.
  • Perform daily data entry tasks.
  • Responsive to communication from team members and customers during work hours via phone, WeChat, etc.

  • Details:
  • Payroll twice a month
- $150/month for training - 2 to 4 weeks
- $400/month for probation - depending on the performance

  • Main Shift: Mon-Fri 8am4pm EST and every other Sun 9am6pm EST
- $700/month for 1 front office personnel working by himself/herself
- $650/month for 2 front office personnel working together

  • Secondary shift: Mon-Fri 4pm9pm EST, Sat and every other Sun 9am6pm EST
- $650/month for 1 front office personnel working by himself/herself

  • Note: After 12 months, we are open to discussing a pay raise depending on performance.
