Bilingual Case Manager
Pay Range (in US Dollars) $4 USD to $6 USD per Hour
Olive Branch Contact Center is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Bilingual Case Manager to join our team.
As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in managing a high volume of pre-lit personal injury cases.
We are looking for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, and is passionate about helping clients.
At least 2 years of Personal Injury experience is required.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing prelitigation files.
- Opening claims.
- Resolve Property Damage
- Manage client's medical and care keeping in constant communication with clients and medical providers.
- Request Traffic Collision Reports
- Schedule and calendar medical appointments.
- Explain procedures and related documentation to clients.
- Continuously monitor case status, review medical records.
- Opening Medi-Cal and Medicare claims.
Software Knowledge:
- Proficiency in CASEpeer is preferred, but training will be provided if coming from another software.
- Microsoft Word for document preparation.
- Microsoft Outlook for communication and scheduling.
- Adobe for handling digital documents.
- DocuSign for electronic signatures.
