- Design and implementation of Variable Incentive Plans

- Retention / Attraction / Severance & CIC plans
- Board Compensation
- Will be considered a differential participation in the design and implementation of projects related to:
- IPO & Spin-off compensation strategy, M&A
- HR Due Diligence, Workforce and Organization Transformation, Talent Management and Performance Management.
Practice development
- Provide support in developing white papers/ PoVs, participate in client seminars and industry events, undertake research under guidance of internal SMEs, develop case studies for projects, etc.
Business development
- Support business development through participation in requirements understanding meetings and developing proposals to drive sales
- Build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What you need to have:
- Professional in Business administrator, industrial engeineering or similar
- Full time MBA/ Equivalent from a premier institute (will be considered a differential)
- 57 years of relevant work, experience in HR functions (Talent Strategy, Compensation, etc.)
- Knowledge executive compensation
- Project management and communication skills to lead/participate in the offering project
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (prior Portuguese)
- Prior consulting experience will be preferred.
