    What You'll Bring to the Team

    • Legal ability to work in Colombia
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
    • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
    • Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Minimum two years of experience managing data resources
    • Strong analytical skills; proficient in complex spreadsheets
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
    • Experience using CRM systems (preferred)

    Your Daily Impact

    Product Data Management

    • Support product management and annual roll-over processes for partner universities
    • Track and submit updates to existing products
    • Audit program lists and ensure alignment with marketing materials
    • Address data discrepancies and escalate issues to relevant teams
    • Communicate with university partners to resolve information gaps

    PRIMO (Product Information & Modification)

    • Assist PRIMO lead in managing administrative tasks and workflow tracking
    • Participate in project meetings and ensure on-time task completion
    • Coordinate across departments for process efficiency
    • Manage communications with centers on case updates
    • Identify and suggest process improvements

    Operational Support

    • Gather and validate academic calendars, key dates, and scholarship data
    • Audit and verify website and internal data consistency
    • Support escalation tracking and assist with data validation
    • Collaborate with global teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date information

    General

    • Respond promptly to information requests
    • Build positive, collaborative relationships across departments
    • Participate in team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
