Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer/Admin to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our call center's Salesforce CRM and AWS systems.
This position demands expertise in both Salesforce administration and development, along with a strong understanding of call center operations.Responsibilities:
Optimize call center performance by analyzing KPIs, uncovering analytics insights, and recommending data-driven solutions.
Administer call center sales systems (Salesforce and Ring central), ensuring data management, integrity, routine maintenance, and issue troubleshooting.
Train stakeholders in system usage and develop comprehensive documentation for all aspects of the systems.
Log developments and report KPIs to stakeholders.
