Monday to Friday, weekends off.

Job description:
We are looking for Onboarding Specialist agents.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing exceptional service and guiding them through the initial stages of our client journey.

You'll handle outbound calls, answer questions, gather information, and ensure a smooth transition to our Case Evaluation Specialists.

Weekly hours of work: 45
