Credit and Accounts Receivable Analyst
Trans-Pro Logistics, a well-established Transportation and Logistics provider in Montreal, is specialized in all types of freight destined to and originating from Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
An opportunity exists for a Credit and Accounts Receivable Analyst with fluent English and Spanish skills to join our team.
The role of the Credit and Collections Analyst is to minimize bad debt risk and improve Days Sales Outstanding, (DSO), with a focus on maximizing sales potential.
- Collect past due accounts.
- Reconcile and resolve issues impacting the payment of invoices.
- Conduct credit investigations on new and existing accounts.
- Assess credit risk and establish credit limits in accordance with company policy
- Communicate effectively with customers and sales representatives.
- Escalate issues when required.
- Prepare uncollectible accounts for thirdparty collections and legal.
- Collect BOL from vendor and process file.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish. French is an asset.
- Ability to analyze credit reports.
- Ability to successfully organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working within a team environment.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00
Salary:
$2,500,000 - $3,000,000 per month
