As a Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for monitoring shipments and ensuring on-time delivery, while keeping all stakeholders informed and supporting the operations team in maintaining service excellence.
Track loads through tracking applications and confirm details by phone with drivers/dispatchers when necessary.
Update customers via email and/or through the customer portal.
Update the TMS and create Event Logs as needed (e.g., marking loads as picked up or delivered).
Set appointments.
Check for and follow up on any missing appointments, especially when loading or delivery appointments are needed.
Build new loads and update the appropriate spreadsheets, if necessary.

Minimum requirements:
Studies:
International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a daily transportation operation, dispatch, customer service or similar.
Language:
Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

Sunday to Thursday 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm
Contract:
Indefinite term contract
Location:
On-site Medellin + one tuesday from home after 2 month trial period
