    About the Role:

    As a key member of our team, you will lead one or multiple food and beverage service shifts, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests and clients in a dynamic environment aligned with our hotel's concept. Your goal will be to satisfy our guests, clients, and team members by creating memorable experiences and fostering a work environment marked by excellent service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee service operations, including food delivery, communication, delivery times, special requests, arrivals, and departures.
    • Anticipate and address the needs of our guests, clients, and team members to ensure seamless service.
    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Food and Beverage menus, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and preparation times, as per the hotel's concept.
    • Organize and conduct training sessions on these topics, conducted by our expert team.

    Requirements:

    • Student or professional background in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields (desired).
    • Intermediate level of English proficiency.
    • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in high-quality hotels or restaurants.
    • Proven track record of managing resources and staff effectively.
    • Knowledge of service protocols and etiquette standards.
    • Experience working with kitchen ranges and passes to optimize timing and control inventory.
    • Basic knowledge of cocktail preparation to support during peak periods.
    • Advanced skills in POS systems and management tools.
    • Inventory management and replenishment expertise – ability to identify shortages and ensure product availability.
