Job Description:

Review the Mise en Place of the different Outlets, banquets and showcases according to the established schedule and schedules. Supervise the productions of the pastry area, complying with the quality standards established by the brand. As well as the supervision of cleaning, labeling and the correct use of machinery, raw material and inventory. Propose ideas for the establishment of Menus from the different outlets and courtesies.

Work Experience


Technician in Cooking and pastry with at least 2 years of experience in the position, preferably in the luxury hotel sector with knowledge in French Pastry in showcase and plate, chocolate and basic knowledge in ice cream.

You must be a proactive, responsible person, with a high capacity for leadership and teamwork, competitive and oriented to the achievement of the objectives with an updated BPM course.
