Working as part of the Global REvenue Accounting Team you will be based out of the Bogota office dealing with clients from across the globe and with a special focus on all LATAM clients.

How You Will Impact Coupa Every Day

Consistently monitor the AR Aging report to determine potential payment issues and promptly follow up for resolution
Responsible for the analysis, reconciliation, and collection of customer accounts
Communicate with past due customers to resolve outstanding balances
Work with collectors on related issues quickly, efficiently, and effectively
Quick, accurate critical decision making is a daily activity
Work with cross functional departments to resolve payment or accounting issues
Strong Knowledge of payment portals
24 years of cash posting responsibility

What You Will Bring to Coupa

Minimum of 24 years of experience in working Accounts Receivable with an emphasis in the High-Tech, Saas Industry Preferred
Customer service orientation with excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
Thrives under pressure in a very fastpaced, high volume environment
Ability to think critically and work independently
Highly accountable and works with a sense of urgency
Strong work ethic
Detail oriented
Collaborative team member with the ability to work cross functionally
NetSuite and Salesforce experience a plus
Excel, Pivot Tables, Vlookups
