Within Nokia, you will be part of Customer Services team, covering customer service in different areas such as technical support, account support, operations, maintenance, network design / deployment / integration / transformation, and education.

Generating revenue and increasing customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimising, operating, and maintaining phases.


What you will learn and contribute to
Are you passionate about solving problems?

As part of our team, you will:

  • Knowledge of mobile packet core networks and functionality of GGSN, SGSN, SAE-GW, MME, AMF, UPF, NRD and NPC/PCRF.
  • At least four years experience implementing EPC and Policy projects for customers. Knowledge of GSM/Packet-Core/EPC and Policy networks, routing and signaling; and GPRS call flow concept with all PS core nodes including Gb, Gr, Gn, Gi, Gx, Gy,Gz interfaces.
  • VNF and CNF onboarding and orchestrations, deployment and troubleshooting of EPC and Policy.
  • Execute customer acceptance tests, stage deployment configurations, Methods of Procedures (MOPs), migration procedures for EPC and NPC.
  • Knowledge of adjacent thirdparty NE's: Infoblox DNS, Checkpoint FW, Juniper and Cisco Routers/Switches.
  • KPIs monitoring for day after on live network interventions and troubleshooting.

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Mandatory requirement)
  • At least 4 years experience on EPC projects delivery

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Knowledge on VNF and CNF onboarding and orchestrations
  • Good communication, skills, both internally and oriented to customer.
  • Ability to interact with a variety of people and several interfaces within a fastpaced environment.
  • Self motivated wellorganized individual who can handle multiple tasks, and who can follow technical processes and instructions.
  • Ability to work and learn independently, proactively and to work and make decisions under pressure.
