Position:
HR Payroll Analyst

Main responsibilities will be:

Assist on the offboarding process for employees that are leaving the company, to ensure compliance.
Handle Payroll/HR related documentation, to ensure employee files are complete and accurate.
Contribute to the payroll process, proposing plans that support Payroll needs
Establish as a trusted advisor with employees across the site providing accurate response attaining a high customer satisfaction level
Prepare and be able to analyze standard Payroll related reports: Metrics and KPI's for business decisions.
Adhere to all internal policies and legal standards + local regulations, to ensure company is fully complian
Help ensure a successful SOX compliance processes across the entire payroll procedure.
Record & track holidays, sick days and payroll impact event from employees

Requirements:

Hard Skills_
3 years of experience as an Sr Analyst, Payroll analyst or as a HR generalist.
Possesses both critical thinking capability and handson payroll plan implementation experience
English is mandatory.
Excel intermediate_Soft Skills_
Excellent communication skills
Leadership and empowerment
Team Development
Proactive
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work and prioritize
