Senior Designer - Cundinamarca, Colombia - Critical Mass

The main responsibility of this role is to design a broad array of visual elements at a mastery level and to contribute input at a conceptual, account and/or brand level and be responsible for a project's whole visualcomponent and end-to-end delivery on creative brief/project.

The project may be delivered by theSenior Designer alone or by more than one designer who are shepherded by the Senior Designer.

You will:

Still designingEstablishing the visual vision for the look and feel of a conceptDetermine visual outputs of a design systemAssigning design elements within a project or design system to other designersProviding day-to-day feedback on design to other designers within their projectsTalking to others about becoming proficient and well-rounded designersYou have: Advanced English Proficiency (C1).4+ yrs.

experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and/or startups.
Proficiency with core tools - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesignProficiency with secondary tools - Figma, Keynote, PowerPoint, Celtra.

Ability to proof production design work for adherence to the brand, brief, and best practicesThoroughly understand design principles to make informed decisions and lead theproduction processWhat We Offer:
