Generalidades del puesto

El principal objetivo del Asistente de Operaciones de Recursos Humanos dentro de myHR es brindar soporte a las actividades relacionadas con incapacidades y ausencias medicas de los colegas de Estados unidos.

En un día normal tendrás que:

Soporte a la preparación de documentos solicitados por los HRBP-
Apoyar las revisiones de solicitudes de empleados de USA.-
Realizar la validación de la información relacionada con las incapacidades para USA.-
Validar la migración de las transacciones desde Workday a EV5 para USA.-
Organizar la información relacionada con las incapacidades y solicitudes de ausentismo para los empleados de USA.-
Apoyar la revisión de los paquetes de incapacidades para USA.
Lo que necesitas para tener exito:
Educación: Técnico, tecnólogo o estudiante de últimos semestres en administración, recursos humanos, ingeniería industrial y carreras afines.-
Experiência: 0 a 6 meses de experiência en áreas administrativas y de Recursos Humanos o Servicio al Cliente.-
Idiomas: Deseable Inglés-
Altamente deseable: Conocimiento medio de Excel y herramientas office.
