Position:
Project Supervisor Jr

Location:
Hybrid (Monday to Friday)

Key Requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (Desirable)
Proven previous experience in supervision or team management positions within the BPO industry, specifically as a Senior Supervisor or Jr Operations Manager.
Desirable certifications in Scrum Master or agile methodologies.
1 year of experience in operational BPO
Proficiency in English (B2+ / C1 level).
Advanced level of Excel and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Supervisor Jr, you will work closely with our project manager to ensure successful project delivery.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Create project objectives and schedules under the guidance of the senior project manager.
Delegate tasks and allocate resources to meet project milestones.
Monitor and document project progress to ensure timely delivery.
Report project results to clients and management.
Assist the senior project manager with clerical tasks as needed.
