    We're on the lookout for a top-notch Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team of Agents.

    After experiencing phenomenal growth, we're seeking a Client Support Setup Specialist to set up and implement cutting-edge Customer Service Platforms for our clients.

    Your Role:

    • Configure and optimize customer service platforms to meet client needs.
    • Enhance implementation processes to deliver exceptional client service.
    • Create and maintain detailed setup tutorials and SOPs.
    • Audit and optimize platforms for peak performance.
    • Provide support to Onboarding Specialists with platform-related queries.
    • Report on progress and analytics to keep the team informed.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience: 3+ years in Customer Service, with an IT or Computer Science background preferred.
    • Skills: Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, strong research and analytical skills, and excellent communication.
    • Knowledge: Familiarity with eCommerce tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, etc. is a plus.
    • Attributes: Detail-oriented, self-starter with high energy and motivational skills.

    Technical Requirements:

    • Personal PC or laptop with at least 15 Mbps for upload & download speed.
