Descripción
We are looking for a talented Advanced Analytic Consulting Associate with strong skills in excel, power point, and analysis principles to lead and execute projects.
You will work collaboratively with the various NielsenIQ Global Technical, Delivery, Consulting, and Analytics Sales teams to deliver projects for our clients.
This role includes project set-up (e.g., market definitions, product list, financial inputs, hierarchy confirmations); periodic refreshes; and tool related special projects.
Drive client value by:
- Communicate timelines and own followup conversations with internal stakeholders.
- Transform client needs into project scope used as a guide to execution for all stakeholders.
- Provide error free data loads and data refreshes on time.
- Ensure high level analysis results are quality and business relevant.
- Work directly with technical developers to submit and track the correction of technical bugs.
- Lead internal meetings to share learnings, process improvements and challenges
- Participate in meetings to solve client requests and provides clear updates to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- College/University Undergraduate Degree
- Demonstrated strength in client issue resolution.
- Critical thinking: can identify and diagnose errors/issues independently.
- Proactive need to look ahead and anticipate what is coming.
- Must be able to effectively manage time and a variety of responsibilities.
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- 23 years of relevant job experience in Business, Marketing and/or Data Analytics.
- CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry experience with Retailers or Manufacturers
- Experience with Nielsen, IRI/Circana, and retailer POS (Point of Sale) data retrieval systems
- English fluency (written and oral)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
