We are looking to open and grow the Latam market.

Each day our Digital Sales Managers actively network and set appointments with local business owners to discuss their needs to provide comprehensive and powerful digital advertising solutions to better engage their customers.

Our sales floors focus on identifying new business opportunities, cold calling and relationship building to appointment setting. They focus on full sales cycles and about developing a book of business.


What You'll Do:

(Primary day-to-day tasks and expectations):

  • Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on the power of Ogury services to enhance business opportunities
  • Work directly in the field to research and cultivate leads to build a strong pipeline of growth
  • Strong focus on continuously meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly basis
  • Utilize entrepreneurial mindset to manage territory through creative communication and marketing strategies to engage local businesses
  • Effectively manage, support and continually update Salesforce with all appointments, pitches and pending dollars.

  • Each month, be expected to hit budget and could exceed sales utilizing an array of methods from networking, exploring existing relationships, engaging decision makers and key influences, cold calling, etc. A large portion of their time will be spent in the field.
