  • Brindar soporte Nível 1 de Software y Hardware de manera remota
  • Escalar requerimientos que desde primer nível no logren solución
  • Servicio amable y asertivo a los usuarios que se comunican con la mesa.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Tecnico o Tecnologo titulado en carreras de Sistemas y/o afines
  • Estudiante de V semestre en adelante de Ingenieria de sistemas o ingenieria de Telecomunicaciones
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% presencial
  • Orientacion al cliente
