As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional user experiences for our software product, ensuring that they are intuitive, engaging, and meet the needs of our customers.

You will collaborate closely with our Product Development team, to shape the user interface and optimize user interactions.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Product Development team to define user requirements and product goalsConduct user research activities to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain pointsCreate prototypes that translate product requirements into user-focusted interaction design conceptsConduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designsEnsure the visual design aligns with the overall user experienceCollaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility and successful implementation of design solutionsMaintain design documentation and specifications for development teamsStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX designAdvocate for the user by expressing the importance of UX design within the organizationSkillsProficient in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similarSolid understanding of user research techniques, including user interviews, usability testing, and persona creationKnowledge of front-end development technologies ( HTML, CSS, JavaScript )Familiarity with

Agile development methodologies

and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teamsProficient in designing intuitive user interfaces for complex software applicationsStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze user feedback and iterate on designs accordinglyExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDetail-oriented

of proven work experience as a UX DesignerFluent in

English - B2 LevelBachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related fieldNice to haveExperience data visualization is a plusUnderstanding of Accounting and Finance reporting concepts are a plus
