Misión del puesto

You'll be in charge of designing, implementing and monitoring solutions that improve the service quality of the Ecommerce vertical. You'll be working closely with product, global and local operations teams, and analyzing our internal data

Roles y responsabilidades

Main responsibilities

Design and implement solutions that improve the service quality of the Ecommerce vertical, by working closely with product, global and local operations teams
Build critical strategic capabilities to support the vertical's growth and value proposition
Analyze results of deployed initiatives based on key performance indicators, iterate based on learnings
Identify the highest priorities, provide datadriven decisions, generate buyin from the organization in order to prioritize and implement new initiatives

Key requirements

Preferred 12 years experience in operations of digital businesses or startups, business intelligence, consulting
Datadriven mindset, and proven background as a problemsolver and breaking down complex issues
Willing and able to rollup the sleeves to get things done, highly proactive and able to follow through
Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences; ability to translate quantitative findings into action plans
Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to create a trusting relationship with business partners
Comfort with ambiguous, fastpaced environments
Proficiency with Gsheets/Excel
Experience with SQL
Fluent in Spanish and English

Desired Requirements

Know Portuguese
Have experience in startups, particularly in the app delivery industry
Work effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches
Know how to use analytics tools like PowerBI, Periscope, and Amplitude
