What a typical day will look like The Leader of Natural Resources develops the Business Portfolio of the Oil and Gas, Power and Engineering area, with special emphasis on the development and business portfolio of Electric Energy

Handling and leading efficiently the assigned Business portfolio

Help Preparing submissions for underwriters including reinsurance contract documentation for New and existing portfolio.

Negotiating policy terms and conditions with reinsurers.

Arranging reinsurance cover for clients (Ceding Companies) with reinsurance markets.

Leading the Renewal of the existing portfolio under their responsibility.

Achieving the revenue plan and other established goals.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Experience: 10 years of work experience in roles related to the insurance or reinsurance industry or in activities similar to the profile.

Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Natural Resources sector

Studies and/or specialties: Engineering (preferable, but not essential)

Languages: Advanced English

Technological Tools Management of Microsoft tools and their different applications.
