- Responsible support financial activities including corporate reporting control, also journal entry and month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities, support for some activities assigned to other members in the team, and support Projects and initiatives.
- Provide financial support and accounting analysis across multiple areas;
- Performs account analysis of all related balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Recommends solutions for accounting issues.
- Understanding controls applicable in the process
- Support on Corporate reporting
- Fulfillment of Compliance requests/testings
- You should have at least 3 to 4 years of experience accounting experience.
- Knowledge of general accounting processes
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, interpersonal skills, understanding of accounting principles and practices, compliance knowledge.
- Learning agility and adaptability to different business requirements. These competencies are critical as this role will initially be part of the finance & accounting team's pool of flex talent during onboarding, to be deployed to the permanent position once readiness criteria are met and role has been identified.
- SAP knowledge and working experience.
- Experience in shared services is desirable.
- Experience in a Global Accounting for a large multi-state company.
- Digital/ intelligent automation capabilities.
- Successfully manage multiple priorities, be very organized and work efficiently to tight deadlines.
- Intermediate English desired.
