• Lead and conduct extensive research to gather insights, document findings, analyze data, and generate comprehensive research outputs.
• Translate complex concepts into highquality mockups, user flows, prototypes, and wireframes, ensuring intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to designers, offering insights and best practices for UI design and fostering their professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with designers and technical stakeholders in design sessions, contributing valuable assessments and recommendations regarding UI/UX design best practices.
• Utilize user data, heuristics, design system components, and guidelines to provide informed input for product management and engineering decisions, ensuring the creation of usercentered digital products.
• Design and execute usability testing sessions, employing industrystandard methodologies to gather user feedback and refine product designs for optimal usability and user satisfaction.
• Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system, including design patterns, style guides, and component libraries, to ensure consistency and efficiency across digital products.
• Drive the creation of usercentric digital products, championing a holistic approach to user experience design that encompasses usability, accessibility, and visual aesthetics.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design advancements, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the design team and other stakeholders.

• English Advanced language skills
• More that 5 years of experience in design of product or services
• Expertise in UI/UX software such as Sketch, XD, Figma
• Indepth knowledge of market research, competitive landscape, and testing methods (A/B, multivariate testing)
