Job Description br Title Claims Administrator br Location Medellin Colombia br br br Essential Responsibilities br br Processes injury claim reports after receipt of Supervisor Report of Injury to Third Party Administrators schedules appointments with medical provider when needed br br Coordinates evidence of injuries and illnesses maintains file and tracks cases in accordance with company and state policies and procedures br br Coordinates the return to work of injured employees with company managers legal counsel Third Party Administrator and others br br Communicates with employees and or their representatives regarding claim procedures and related laws completion of proper forms and status of claims br br Provides assistance to Third Party Administrators by obtaining required job descriptions claimant information and coordination with Division Manager br br Updates and reviews claims data and other pertinent information in automated claims tracking systems br br Follows up on overpayments processes and applies payments br br Produces various reports for management such as status of claims summary reports and settlement authorities br br Reviews liability claims for completeness and compliance with administrative requirements br br Ability to br br Use initiative and sound independent judgment within the scope of policies br br Organize establish and maintain records br br Establish and maintain cooperative effective productive working relationships with management and employees br br Track and meet deadlines in accordance with applicable procedures and laws
