We are passionate about data and new technology that can help companies with their digital transformation We welcome others who are driven by the same passion for innovation to make a difference for businesses consumers and society We empower employees to think independently get excited about new ideas and make it everyone s responsibility to add value in everything we do in order to build a smarter Stibo Systems br br The most important ingredient in Stibo Systems people centric approach is great people building a team of dedicated passionate visionary individuals br With a diverse workforce of people who believe in collaboration and teamwork we enjoy taking on responsibility and sharing values like honesty humility integrity and respect Those who join us will find a uniquely stable and friendly environment with a focus on the importance and value of our people br br br We have a new and exciting opportunity for someone that is looking to build a career by supporting our VP Americas and providing personnel related support and administration that supports the overall business br br br As our new Administrative Assistant you would be working from our office in Bogotá Colombia and have the ability to communicate and write fluently in English due to us being an international business br br br Key Responsibilities br br Provide support to our VP Americas HR Business Partner LATAM and employees in providing guidance and administration when necessary br Provide a professional and customer orientated service to all employees and visitors br Handle office tasks such as filing generating reports presentations setting up events meetings and reordering office supplies br Making travel arrangements such as booking flights cars and making hotel and restaurant reservations br Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements calling for repairs maintaining equipment inventories evaluating new equipment and techniques br Submit and reconcile expense reports br Create communications such as emails presentations reports br Support and update the Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SG SST br Maintain employee records soft and hard copies br Updating HR databases e g new hires exit vacation and sick leave br Support with recruitment posting job ads and process incoming resumes br Offer and onboarding orientation for new hires br br Key Skills br br Multi tasker with excellent written and verbal communication skills and an upbeat attitude br Excellent time management skills br Strong organizational and planning br Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint br Capable of handling sensitive information confidentially br Prior administrative assistant experience br College degree or equivalent required br English level High mandatory br br If you are passionate about software and want to help support building a great company culture then this position is for you
