The Red Hat Services team in Latin America (LATAM) is looking for a Portfolio Solutions Manager focused on managing the Services Portfolio Solutions and offerings to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the life cycle of one or more solutions from business case prioritization through design to launch and enablement. You will also play a key role in the definition of our Services portfolio strategy and transformational portfolio offerings. As a Portfolio Solutions Manager, you will work closely with senior technical and business personnel globally within Red Hat, our partners, and our customers to identify opportunities and create repeatable services solutions and methodologies to address these opportunities. This position is 100 remote and candidates from any LATAM countries can apply. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business. Primary job responsibilities Develop, own, and implement global solutions vision and roadmap, ensuring its alignment with Red Hat's solutions portfolio and acceleration services strategy Help implement regional adoption initiatives, ensuring its alignment with Red Hat's Acceleration Services Strategy Guide global solutions development from conception to launch and oversee solutions life cycle management, including in:market management, versioning i.e., upgrades or enhancements, and end:of:life implementation Develop and present rigorous data:driven business cases for solutions Help with ROI analysis and develop content to help customers make the business case for our solutions; work with services marketing teams to develop customer evidence and map them to emerging use cases for solutions Lead cross:functional teams and coordinate integrated solutions development across solutions technology practices, consulting services, and business teams Ensure cross:functional collaboration with the Consulting, Training, Engineering, Support, and other teams to deliver high:value solutions on time Use metrics to evaluate the success of and report on the solutions across the phases of the life cycle, including development schedule, demand generation, bookings, go lives, and customer satisfaction Guide awareness and enablement plans in region to ensure that Red Hat's sales, consulting, and partner audiences can successfully position, scope, and deliver the solutions Work with the Red Hat Consulting and marketing teams to identify internal and external marketing opportunities and gaps at both regional and global levels Provide direction, content, and support for product marketing efforts including trade shows, webinars, and other demand generation activities Work with communities of practice (CoPs) to gather new ideas for solutions and to incorporate feedback Required skills 10+ years of experience in the technology industry including specific experience in consulting and services delivery around the adoption and evolution of emerging technologies 7+ years of project management or services portfolio experience along with collaborating on and contributing to strategy, planning, development, and marketing integration for IT services and solutions Experience in project manager or program manager discipline General understanding of Red Hat's portfolio and underlying technologies Ability to effectively communicate concepts and initiatives in a compelling manner to audiences ranging in size, background, and responsibility to guide buy:in, adoption, and engagement Collaborative, detail:oriented, motivated, inventive, professional, approachable, creative, and analytical; competent leader and problem:solver Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or engineering, or in business administration with demonstrated technical expertise; master's degree is a plus Advanced English speaking skills; ability to interact with global teams Business level Spanish of Portuguese skills Ability to summarize information and deliver powerful and clear message about Red Hat So
